testra is an automated quality-assurance tool. It drives a real web browser through applications you connect and reports issues it observes. testra is a testing aid, not a guarantee: it will not necessarily find every defect, and its findings should be reviewed before you act on them.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may close your account at any time.

You may only point testra at applications you own or are expressly authorised to test. Cyber Mode performs active security testing (including attempts to exercise access-control, injection and business-logic weaknesses); by enabling it you confirm you have authority to conduct such testing against the target. You are solely responsible for the targets you configure and any consequences of testing them.

You agree not to use the Service to test systems without authorisation, to break any law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service itself.

You retain ownership of your applications, code, and the data testra collects on your behalf (screenshots, logs, findings). You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, billed monthly through our payment provider (Stripe). Current pricing and plan limits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; you will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first. You can cancel from your billing page at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and we do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by law. We will give reasonable notice of price changes before they take effect at your next renewal.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, testra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for defects the Service did not detect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms or the Service; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
